MASABA ANTHONY
Anthony was born on May 4th 2001 and he lives in Bugiri, Uganda
Masaba Anthony was one of the first children in our program and was found during a mission trip with a team from the U.S. We noticed he had no shoes so we stopped to give him a pair but his bare feet were so badly swollen and infected from open wounds that his feet wouldn’t fit in the shoes. That day was the start of him becoming part of the Beyond Uganda family. He has never known his father and raised by a mother that is illiterate with no education herself but works hard in the fields to provide food. Making less than $1.00 a day didn’t provide for the school fees to give Anthony the chance to go to school. Being sponsored not only changes Anthony’s life but changes his family tree.
