AMON KIRUMI

Amon was born on December 1st 2008 and lives in Namayemba Uganda.

Amon is a hard working boy that has learned to grow up fast. His mother is mentally challenged and after his father passed away, his mother could not tend to him and he went to live with his uncle. Amon has found safety at his uncles but not enough money to dream of going to school. He helps his uncle in the fields and wants to go to school to learn more about agriculture to one day own his own farm and provide for others too.  He is excited about attending Beyond Uganda’s sustainability program.
