NAKATO WINNIE
Winnie was born on March 26th 2003 and she lives in Bugiri, Uganda
Nakato Winnie is the twin to another child in the Beyond Uganda program named, Waiswa William. In Ugandan culture twins are seen and treated as one child so if you buy for one you are to buy for both. Beyond Uganda did not know that William was a twin when he first came to us but through finding out this knowledge, we are sensitive to the culture we are working in, and decided to put Winnie into the program. So now these two “twin” siblings go to the same school and share in the dream of a better future together. Consider partnering with Beyond Uganda in investing in her future?
