Akoli Susan is from the Karamajong which is a displaced tribe from the war torn northern Uganda. Both her parents are weak from HIV so Susan survives in the street from trash bins or any means possible. Often girls her age are taken advantage of for food or worse yet, human trafficked. We couldn’t sit by and see a child starve and we know you can’t either. It truly takes a village to raise a child and we need your help.
