Introducing the First-Ever Beyond Uganda Children’s Choir Tour in America – Coming in 2025!
We’re thrilled to share that over the past year, we’ve been preparing the children of Beyond Uganda for the experience of a lifetime! In 2025, they will embark on a Midwest tour, sharing their vibrant culture through song and dance.
MEET THE CHOIR

Meet Promise!
Promise is a 15-year-old girl from the villages of Wakiso, where she lives with her single mother and two siblings. Despite facing numerous challenges in her daily life. Promise is a bright and ambitious young girl who dares to dream big.

Meet Jordan!
Jordan is a 14-year-old boy from the villages of Wakiso district, where he lives with his parents and seven siblings. He is a happy, active, creative, and jolly boy who loves to play football, dance, and sing.

Meet Benitah!
Benitah is a 14-year-old girl from the villages of Wakiso, where she lives with her parents and four siblings in a single room house.

Meet Samuel!
Samuel is a 14-year-old boy from the Makerere-Kikoni slums, where life is a daily struggle. Despite the challenges he faces, Samuel is a bright and ambitious young boy who dreams of a better future. Samuel is happy for the opportunity to be on the Suubi Children’s Choir, and he is looking forward to telling his
story through music and dance. He’s also excited to taste American food like burgers and
pizza.

Meet Daniella!
Daniella is a 14-year-old girl from the villages of Wakiso district, where she lives with her single mother and maternal grandparents. Despite facing challenges in providing for her basic needs, Daniella is a talented and
compassionate young girl who dreams of making a positive impact in her community.

Meet Pius!
Pius is a 14-year-old boy from a large family of eight children. He lives with his parents, who work hard to provide for their family’s needs. Pius’s father is a security guard, while his mother is a farmer.

Meet Melissa!
Melissa is a 9-year-old girl who lives in the Project’s Rescue home with her family. She is a bright and talented young girl who loves dancing and singing.

Meet Mishel!
Mishel is a bright and ambitious 12-year-old girl from Namayemba village. She lives with her parents, who work as farmers, and her six siblings, including her twin sister, Melon. Mishel is a happy and vibrant girl who stands out in everything she does.

Meet Racheal!
Rachael is a 15-year-old girl from the
villages of Wakiso district, where she lives with her parents and five siblings. Despite facing challenges in her daily life, Rachael is a happy, jolly, and active young girl who loves to sing, dance, and recite poetry.
